How do I check my sleep patterns?

You must wear KoreTrak for at least one night to see your sleep patterns. Open the DayBand app and tap on the “Today” icon. Scroll down until you see “Sleep” widget. Tap on the widget to see your sleep cycle broken down by day, week, or month.

If the “Sleep” widget is not visible in the app, scroll to the bottom of the “Today” dashboard and tap on the {3lines} icon. Tap the checkmark next to “Sleep” to add the “Sleep” widget to your dashboard.

How do I get a proper blood pressure reading?

Sit down in a chair with your arm resting on a table or against your chest. Navigate to the “Blood Pressure” app on your KoreTrak and leave it open for up to 20 seconds. Your blood pressure will then appear on the screen.
