My KoreTrak isn’t charging.

• You may have inserted the device into the USB power source incorrectly. Please refer to Step 4 of the Charging Guide, above.

I have my KoreTrak plugged into the charger but the screen is still blank.

• If the battery in your KoreTrak is completely drained, it might take 3 to 5 minutes before the screen display reappears.

My KoreTrak isn’t taking measurements as well as when I first got it.

• To maintain consistent sensor readings, it is recommended to clean the sensor at the back of the watch after use. Dirt, lotion, grease or excessive water and sweat will affect sensor performance.
