How do I set up scheduled heart rate readings on Kore 2.0?

Kore 2.0 smartwatch provides 24/7 health and fitness updates directly to your wrist and smartphone in real time in just a few taps. If you want to set up scheduled vital sign readings like heart rate or body temperature at a specific time you can do that, too! However, you will need to set up these scheduled readings reminders via the KoreHealth app on your smartphone.

Open the KoreHealth app and navigate to ‘Device’ on the bottom toolbar. Select your Kore 2.0 watch device. From there, you will be taken to a page where you can select your units of measurement for height, weight, temperature and distance. Scroll further down the page and you will see a section titled ‘Reminders’.

From here, you can select the scheduled time intervals you’d like your Kore 2.0 smartwatch to conduct a real-time heart rate reading. You have the option to schedule heart rate readings in 10, 30, 60, and 120 minute intervals. Once you’ve selected the time interval you’d like, press Save.

At the time intervals you’ve selected, your Kore 2.0 fitness watch will buzz to let you know it is about to conduct a heart rate reading. Follow the prompts on your watch screen and in a few moments your Kore 2.0 will display your real-time heart rate.
