What do I do if the screen is stuck on the Language with a recycle green circle on the screen?

For iOS users, check to make sure you have the latest iOS system. For Android users, make sure you have the latest version.

  1. Delete and Reinstall the KoreHealth App from your cellular device

  2. Log in accordingly and sync your Kore 2.0 watch to the app to give a refresh

  3. Check the language in the settings to the language you’re looking for
